I enjoy designing and nurturing communities around purposes, stories, and causes. When you foster co-creation and facilitate knowledge sharing, a sense of belonging and appreciation emerges—ultimately driving societal and urban development, business performance, and personal fulfilment.

Currently, I serve as Global Community Investment Director at JTI and look after the JTI Foundation as its Managing Director. Additionally, I teach at a business school and speak at both public and private events.

As a resident of London, UK, who has previously lived in Belgrade, Tashkent, Moscow, and my native St. Petersburg, I bring a wealth of experience shaped by diverse cultural influences.

Nothing in the history of mankind is ever repeated… each individual is a star unto himself. — Danilo Kiš
They, carrying snowflakes on their clothes, are usually divided into two types: the well-dressed and the poorly dressed, but justice triumphs – the snow is shared equally among all. — Sasha Sokolov

When choosing a task to attack, I am most fascinated with the ones where there is no clear answer, and nothing is right because everything is a perception, and you not only choose one for yourself, but rather create it for everyone around as well. Both quotes above are astonishing, and I agree with both — but what I will act upon depends on the context I will need to master to advance what I believe in and am inspired by.

2008–2013
The Mikhailovsky Opera & Ballet
A big producer while still being a kid. Proud of being a part of the team behind one of the world's best productions of 'Eugene Onegin'. Met two queens, ninety-nine greats from the performing arts, travelled the world, and made lifelong friends.
2013–2019
JTI Russia
Designing and delivering an impactful community investment portfolio while landing my first formal communications job. For the first time, I felt the joy of being awarded on the stage — I don't work well because of this feeling, but hey, yes I love it still.
2019–2020
The St. P. University Alumni
Yes, the organisation was what they call mid-size — but I got a critical experience of being a CEO, even more rewarding because of the harsh environment of a 2020s vast Russian state institution.
2021–2026
PepsiCo
Making thousands of associates feel heard, supported and guided in times of pandemic and war before being tasked to make people fall in love with the change. Toured HR, Corporate Affairs and Strategy & Transformation in 5 years — experience I will always be grateful for.
2026–
JTI
Leading the global community investment function creating shared ambition and values driving markets all over the world to make us the best corporate community member.
